Due to COVID-19 we are relaxing our returns policy. If you'd like to return an item please contact us promptly via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will help.

We can only accept returns made within 14 days after products have been delivered. Returns will only be accepted if items have been unused and are returned in their original packaging with tags on (where applicable). Only items purchased through our website can be returned to us. We can not refund or exchange items bought from one of our stockists.
Please note that many of our products are handmade and often hand decorated and may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items. We believe this adds to their charm and it is not seen as a defect.
For returns we strongly recommend using a tracked service so you can ensure its safe return to us. We are unable to refund items that are ether not returned to us or lost in transit.
We are unable refund return delivery costs. Delivery costs will only be refunded for items that have arrived faulty or damaged.
If your order is damaged on arrival please do not sign for your parcel and contact us at sales@misterberwyn. Alternatively please photograph the damaged goods and email the photographs across to us. Failing this please post the damaged goods back to us so we can see what went wrong.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs unless your item arrived faulty or broken. Unfortunately we can't offer free returns just yet. For exchanges you will be charged the cost of shipping the new item. If items were returned due to faults we will cover this cost.
