At Mister Berwyn our customers happiness is of upmost importance to us. We do hope that your are happy with your order but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch with us right away.
Please note that many of our products are handmade and often hand decorated and may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items. We believe this adds to their charm and it is not seen as a defect.
We can only accept returns made within two weeks after products have been delivered. Returns will only be accepted if items have been unused and are returned in their original packaging with tags on. Only items purchased through our website can be returned to us. We can not refund items bought from one of our stockists.
If your order is damaged on arrival please do not sign for your parcel and contact us at sales@misterberwyn immediately. Please photograph the damaged goods and email the photographs across to us. Failing this please post the damaged goods back to us so we can see what went wrong and put it right. If goods are deemed faulty we will cover any return costs.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs and unfortunately can't offer free returns just yet. For exchanges you will be charged the cost of shipping the new item. If items were returned due to faults we will cover this cost.
For returns we strongly recommend using a tracked service so you can ensure its safe return to us. We are unable to refund items that are ether not returned to us or lost in transit.
